Martin Residence
The Martin Residence was completed individually the Fall of my Sophomore year. It is an Art Deco inspired condominium located downtown Fargo, ND. The condo was to be designed for a couple looking for somewhere to age in place. Universal design was considered in the design process to allow seamless transition through life stages.
